1028 Bayside Unit: 701

Located in the gated community of Balboa Cove sits this gorgeously remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath townhome. This private community sits right on Balboa Bay, is a 1 minute walk from Balboa Island, and allows for full enjoyment of all the amenities you can dream of: gated entry, a private beach, easy dock access, and private community pool and spa with amazing Bay views. This property was fully renovated this year to include all the essentials: new flooring throughout, all Viking appliances, fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, in unit laundry, and much more. This is a corner unit with only 1 common wall and has an attached 2 car garage. The deck off the living room offers peak-a-boo views of Balboa Bay, the Newport Beach Yacht Club, and the neighborhood. Both bedrooms are on the lower level and include fully remodeled ensuite bathrooms. The Primary suite also includes a soaking tub and his and her closets and sinks. The secondary suite mimics the finishings of the primary. Each bedroom offers direct access to the very private backyard through sliding glass doors.
