Kayley is a USC graduate with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Marketing.
As the Chief Operating Officer of the Teicheira Team, she is in charge of it all: from day-to-day operations and client outreach to listing management and marketing strategization. As Drew's right hand, she manages every transaction on both the front and back end providing support to all parties involved. Kayley and Drew have worked together for over 3 years handling over 80 transactions and cultivating the perfect system of processes ensuring all your needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Kayley has found her way into real estate as a way of connecting with and helping as many people as possible; as the saying goes, "Success comes in direct proportion to the number of people you help." Because she truly loves what she does, Kayley does not see her job as "work", and makes herself available to her clients 24/7. However, if there is ever downtime, you can likely find Kayley outside soaking up the sun any way she can: usually on walks, hikes, or at the beach with friends. She also loves reading, too many forms of exercise to list, and exploring new cafes/restaurants with friends.
