In addition to working directly with clients, Jade leads the team’s marketing and operations. She oversees listing preparation, pricing strategy, campaign execution, and transaction flow to ensure every property is presented at its highest level and every deal is managed seamlessly from start to close.

Working alongside Founder and Principal Agent Drew Teicheira, Jade plays a key role in both representation and execution — combining client advocacy with strategic oversight behind the scenes.
