With a background in luxury hospitality and a degree in Marketing from UNLV, Jade Allred brings a strategic, client-focused approach to luxury real estate marketing and operations.

As the Marketing & Operations Manager for the Teicheira Team at Harcourts Place, Jade oversees the execution behind every listing and transaction. From coordinating listing preparation and managing marketing campaigns to streamlining operations and ensuring seamless transaction flow, she plays a key role in delivering a polished, high-level experience for both clients and the team.

Working alongside Founder and Principal Agent Drew Teicheira, Jade helps develop and execute marketing strategies that maximize property exposure while managing the day-to-day operations that keep every transaction on track. Her background in branding, digital marketing, and project management allows her to combine creative strategy with operational precision, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Jade is also a licensed REALTOR®, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the buying and selling process and allowing her to support clients and the team from both a marketing and real estate perspective.
